In early March, St. Joseph Kindergartners through 3rd Graders celebrated the 100th birthday of Dr. Seuss with a birthday cake, computer activities, special Dr. Seuss readers in our library, rhyming bingo, making “Cat in the Hat” hats, and other activities. 7th and 8th Graders helped out with the festivities. Students also participated in “Read Across America”. These pictures show the 1st Graders participating in our favorite Dr. Seuss activity -- reading his books!
