The second grade held a tea party for their families at the beginning of the school year. The students not only welcomed their families to their classroom, but demonstrated their wonderful social skills: introducing their parents to their teacher, Mrs. Bartkoski, and to our principal, Mr. McAdam; decorating their homeroom; serving the tea parties goodies to grandparents, parents, and siblings; and having a great time.
