The Neighborhood Development Commission is a commission of St. Joseph Church that assists the pastor in developing and promoting the improvement and growth of the neighborhoods within the parish boundaries. We are not only stewards of our own time, talent, and treasure, but we are also stewards of our homes and neighborhoods.

The Commission has the responsibility of planning, assisting, advising, and supporting Neighborhood Associations within the parish boundaries and is concerned with the issues and concerns that make St. Joseph’s neighborhoods more attractive and vibrant communities.
