Pastoral Council

The Pastoral Council is the umbrella organization of the parish. All of the other organizations operate under the direction and guidance set by the Pastoral Council. The Council members are the personal advisors to the Pastor. They are dedicated to making the Church’s vision of “Community” real at St. Joseph’s. Through the use of tools like G.E.M., the Pastoral Council sets the long_range goals of the parish while still dealing with immediate needs. The Council then develops action plans to accomplish those goals. The Pastoral Council enables the people of the parish to share their visions and concerns for the parish. They also develop the avenues for those visions to be realized and for those concerns to be faced and solved together. The Council meets the first Monday of every month.
